Help Get Facebook Photo Pageant Page Going

I have many ideas and a vision for the organization I want to run from Facebook. There is a huge market for photo contests, but it is also a flooded market. I have a unique spin-off idea, and I think it will do very well. The problem is getting contestants so that they will draw in more contestants. I need help getting the momentum and strategy for getting this off the ground. This is mother-daughter photo contest designed to recognize and reward both photo quality and character quality.
