Project Description: Growing Social Media - Instagram & FB for Real Estate and Land Sales in Australia
- We're looking for a seasoned expert to help us establish and grow our property and new land estate business's social media presence on Instagram and Facebook in Australia.
- We have started our page from scratch, and grown to 170 followers on Ig and 100 on FB
- We don't want anyone other than our target audience in Australia to become our followers
- We want to get organic likes on our Instagram posts. Currently we only have paid likes on our posts
- We want a weekly report and need you to manage this for 6 weeks
- Happy to spend $100 per week on paid ads
- The ideal freelancer should have experience in growing social media accounts, specifically on Instagram and Facebook. We need help with both platforms, so the freelancer should be proficient in managing and optimising both Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- The content that I would like to create is mixed, including both visual and written content.
- The freelancer should have strong skills in content creation, including creating visually appealing graphics and writing engaging captions and posts.
- It is important that the freelancer is able to understand my brand and target audience to create content that resonates with them.
- Additionally, the freelancer should have knowledge of social media algorithms and strategies to help grow my follower base and increase engagement on both platforms.
- I am looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and able to come up with innovative ideas to help me stand out on social media.
