Grow musician social media following, promote music and live shows

I'm an independent musician looking for someone to help me grow my fan base, promote my music, and increase attendance at my live shows. Open to hiring someone ongoing to help with a full marketing plan/strategy. I'm currently active on Instagram and am hoping to find someone who will craft engaging content and post it 3-4 times a week. Would also love to build up my tiktok account. I have TONS of live footage, but need help deciding what to post, editing the footage, and sifting through all my old content. My primary goal is to increase fan engagement so that more people can discover my music. I would love to get much more engagement and meet other like minded musicians....and of course to get more fans to attend my live events.
