Grow my instagram audience with organic engagement

I have a new instagram handle, i want to grow this to from about 15 to 500 followers, i want to build a basis for content creation, create the content and grow the instagram channel. Gig includes creation of content, and appraoch to grow base.
Duration is 30 days, milestone based payment at every 100, so that both of us are happy.
