Remote Fundraising & Grants Specialist– GoFundMe & Digital Campaigns (Nonprofit)
Role Summary:
Are you passionate about creating positive social impact through powerful fundraising campaigns? Global Minds Therapy Organization CIC is seeking an experienced and driven Fundraising & Grants Expert to help scale our life-changing mental health services. This remote role focuses on securing donations and grants—primarily via GoFundMe and digital platforms—to fund free psychotherapy for children, low-income adults, and seniors in the UK and worldwide. Global Minds Therapy Organization CIC is a UK-registered nonprofit (Company No. 16203620) based in London, England. Our mission is to provide free psychotherapy and mental health support to underserved children (12–17), adults (18–65 on benefits/low income), and elderly individuals (66–100 without savings). Key Responsibilities
As our Fundraising & Grants Expert, you will:
• Design, launch, and manage impact-driven crowdfunding campaigns (especially via GoFundMe and similar platforms).
• Identify, research, and apply for relevant grants from local, national, and international sources.
• Build and maintain a strong donor pipeline, cultivating relationships with new and existing donors.
• Write compelling fundraising content including appeals, updates, and success stories to drive engagement.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance and donation metrics monthly.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Director to ensure all fundraising aligns with organizational priorities and financial targets.
• Maintain ethical fundraising practices and compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist in creating email and social media fundraising strategies to amplify campaign reach.
• Provide monthly reports with recommendations for improvement and growth.
• Stay updated with digital fundraising trends and innovations in the nonprofit space.

Salary Structure
• Monthly Salary: £1500
• Performance-Based Commission: 5% of all donations and grants you raise each month.
Performance Tier Model:
• If monthly fundraising is below £4000: Only the 5% commission is paid.
• If monthly fundraising meets or exceeds £4000: You receive both the £1500 salary and the 5% commission.
Working Conditions
• Work Location: 100% Remote (applicants from any country are welcome).
• Hours: Flexible (approx. 15–20 hours per week), outcome-focused.
• Reporting to: The Executive Director of Global Minds Therapy Organization CIC.
• Communication will primarily be through email, video calls, and shared documents.
