This full-time role blends creative digital marketing, paid advertising, and customer engagement with flexible hours and a supportive, remote-first environment. You’ll take ownership of social media, email, and paid campaigns—while being on-call to assist with support chats when needed. We provide full training in our tools and systems including HubSpot, TeamViewer, and others, and use them to deliver top-tier support within the Android ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing (80%)
Social Media & Organic Content
Manage and grow our brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, and TikTok
Develop content strategies, write and schedule posts, and maintain daily platform activity
Monitor engagement and lead conversations to build trust and loyalty
Identify trends, analyze results, and adjust content for maximum impact
Email Marketing
Plan and send email campaigns via HubSpot or similar tools
Manage segmentation, automation, and campaign optimization
Analyze performance and iterate for improved engagement
Paid Advertising
Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Report on campaign ROI and performance against key business metrics
Align paid strategy with product launches, seasonal promotions, and user insights
Strategy & Coordination
Work closely with leadership to shape messaging, branding, and marketing direction
Analyze and report on key marketing KPIs
Help evolve marketing systems, processes, and automation tools
2. Customer Support & Live Chat (20%)
Be on-call and responsive during working hours to assist with live customer chats and support issues
Maintain a 1-minute response time during assigned periods
Use HubSpot and TeamViewer to troubleshoot and guide users (full training provided)
Escalate issues where appropriate and follow up to ensure resolution
Help update internal FAQs, customer messaging, and support workflows
What We're Looking For
Experience in social media, email marketing, PPC, or a similar digital marketing role
Strong English communication and writing skills
Comfortable switching between creative and technical tasks
Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and excited to learn new platforms and systems
Bonus: familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TeamViewer
