Full SMM - Smart Panel Development

I'm in need of a Social Media Marketing (SMM) smart panel focusing on user management. The primary user roles for this platform will be Admin and Customer.
Key Requirements:
- The Admin role should have access to:
* User account management: This includes creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, as well as overseeing user activity.
* Service management: The Admin should be able to manage and oversee all services provided on the panel.
* Financial reports: The Admin should have access to detailed financial reports for monitoring and analysis purposes.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have extensive experience in developing user-oriented platforms, preferably SMM panels. Strong skills in user management systems and financial reporting tools are necessary. Prior work in service management on similar platforms will be a significant advantage.
