Freelancer for Social Media & Community Growth (Sustainability Project – Italy)

Hi! I’m launching a sustainability-focused initiative that promotes conscious living through small, everyday actions. The project is active on Instagram, Facebook, and a growing Telegram group, aiming to reach people aged 25–65 who care about the planet and want to live more sustainably.
The main language is Italian, but some content may also be in English—especially to reach like-minded audiences beyond Italy.
What I’m Looking For
I'm looking for a creative and reliable freelancer to help grow our online presence organically and manage visual content. Ideally, someone who shares a passion for sustainability and understands how to speak to a niche yet growing community.
Tasks Involved
Design eye-catching infographics in line with the project’s existing visual identity (colors, tone, minimalist/flat-style)
Help manage and plan social content on Instagram and Facebook (2–3 posts per week + occasional stories)
Support with the monthly content plan, including ideas, writing prompts, and visuals
Strategically promote and grow the Telegram community through organic methods (content, collaborations, shares)
Optional: assist in replying to comments or guiding user engagement
Goals
Increase community engagement on IG/FB
Attract and retain qualified members in the Telegram group
Position the project as a friendly, trusted voice in the sustainability space
Audience
Based in Italy, aged 25–65
Passionate about nature, sustainability, home care, healthy living, slow travel, eco-parenting
Curious and eager to make a difference with small, impactful changes
