We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (Commission-Based)
I’m currently working in the reselling of pet-related products and I’m looking for someone to take over the management of our social media accounts. Up until now, I’ve been handling all posts myself, but it’s time to bring in someone who can focus fully on growing our online presence and boosting sales.
What success looks like:
Your creativity and consistency in publishing content will directly drive product sales. The more sales we generate, the more you earn — this role is fully commission-based.
I’m currently working on a product called the Pet Car Seat Cover. The product costs $25, and I sell it for $45, leaving a $20 profit per sale. You will receive $10 per sale as commission (50/50 split). With only 100 sales — a very low target — you could already earn $1,000 in commissions during the trial period.
Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts, focusing mainly on TikTok and Instagram (Facebook and YouTube can be secondary).
Write compelling captions and interactive copy that drive engagement and conversions.
Monitor performance and optimize strategies for growth.
Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.
Interact with the community to build a loyal audience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in e-commerce or pet-related brands.
Strong English writing and communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for trends and storytelling.
Results-driven and motivated by performance-based compensation.
Additional Details
The store is created on Shopify, and you’ll be added as a staff member to track sales and commissions in real time.
Payments will be sent via PayPal on a weekly basis.
There will be a 21-day trial period to evaluate performance.
