First-time Hiring: Seeking Trade Show Photographer/Videographer for Interpack 2026 in Düsseldorf
Budget: €100 – €300 EUR
We are Xiamen Changsu, a leading provider of innovative packaging film from China. We will be exhibiting at Interpack 2026 in Düsseldorf in May and are looking for an experienced trade show photographer/videographer to capture our presence.
This is also our first time hiring an external photographer/videographer. We’re looking for someone reliable to help us capture this milestone on a limited budget.
The task is straightforward:
1. Take great candid photos of our booth, team, and visitors over 1-2 days (dates: 7 and 8, May, 2026).
2. Shoot a few short, energetic video clips (15-30 seconds) for our social media, including YouTube.
3. Deliver the raw/edited photos and clips promptly during and after the event.
Who we’re looking for:
1. A photography student, aspiring freelancer, or talented hobbyist based in or near Düsseldorf.
2. You have your own gear and a good eye for composition and moment.
3. Professional trade show experience is not required, but enthusiasm and reliability are a must!
