First Responder Real Estate Marketing

Job ID: 39824097

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

I run a real-estate team that actively serves and supports first responders, and I’m ready to hand the daily social media and marketing workload to someone who can capture that community-minded spirit in every post.

Here’s what I need help with right away: creating and scheduling friendly, approachable Facebook and Instagram content that mixes eye-catching graphics, short videos/Reels, and engaging written captions. You’ll take raw property photos, testimonials, or quick cellphone clips from me and turn them into polished posts that highlight listings, market tips, neighborhood spotlights, and—most importantly—the benefits and programs we offer police, fire, EMS, and medical personnel.

To keep things simple we’ll work from a shared content calendar (Google drive) and review drafts two or three days before publishing so there’s time for quick tweaks. I’m comfortable if you design in Canva, edit video in CapCut or Premiere Rush, and schedule through Meta Business Suite or Later; just let me know what you prefer.

Deliverables I’ll look for each week:
•Just listed, Just sold, coming soon, open house, closing posts (When agents have a property)
• At least one short-form video (≤60 sec) optimized for Reels with trending audio or on-brand voiceover
• Real-time engagement follow-up: liking and thoughtfully replying to comments or DMs within 24 hours
• Simple performance recap on reach, engagement, and any new leads so we can keep improving

Since we’re a first responder-friendly group, I’d love to see how you can showcase that in your work. Here's what I’d like you to submit:

- An Under Contract Post Template: Please create a sample social media post template announcing a home going under contract. Feel free to get creative and show off your design and messaging skills. Consider researching our past posts. (Aly Anderson Home Group)

Community Heroes Post: Since our team is all about supporting local heroes, please design a unique post that thanks first responders for their service and showcases how we celebrate them in our community.

Your Resume: Please attach your resume so I can learn more about your experience and skills.
If you already have ideas for spotlighting first responders—maybe a recurring #HeroHomebuyer series or behind-the-scenes ride-along footage—tell me in your proposal. Let’s showcase their service while driving strong, authentic growth for our listings and our mission.
