Finding a media buyer for my brand new social media marketing agency

Hi! My name is gaston and I recently founded my social media marketing agency. I've no clients yet but I'm in the process of finding one. Since I have no experience running FB Ads and IG Ads (what my agency would do for our clients) I really would like to work with someone who has some experience (if you have any case study even better). I know I can run the ads myself but don't have any experience and it'll be easier to land clients if I had someone with a case study to leverage on my team. Also in the future, I will hire some to run the ads so I can focus only on getting new clients and the operational side of the business but would be very beneficial to have someone now to do it. If the work is done correctly I'll have no doubts about hiring you as a permanent team member with really good fixed pay. For now, as I said before since I've no clients yet, I would pay you 30% of the retainer (keep in mind that the minimum retainer is 1000 USD but it can be a lot more depending on the client) of every client you manage. I'm keen to hear from you if you think you fit the description I've given above.
