Faith-Driven Christian Virtual Assistant Needed
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am the Chairman of Business-as-Mission Ventures Pte Ltd (BAMVS), a faith-driven organization empowering Christians to integrate ministry with business. We are seeking a confident, results-oriented all-in-one Christian Virtual Assistant who will help me in running the business and should have experience using direct messaging (DM) through social media (e.g., Facebook) to generate sales and confident enough to make pre-recorded video/s of their success.
This is a high-impact role with the goal of selling at least 5 customers over the month.
Responsibilities:
1) Assist me in running the company daily for 1 month
2) Experience in Sales Using DM: Must be confident to make 5 sales within the month.
3) Assist me in maximizing my person social media (LinkedIn and Facebook)
4) Assist Community Management of BAMVS's Facebook Pages:
- Build and engage an online faith-driven community.
- Host live sessions, Q&A, and interactive activities.
5) Assist in Setting Up Automated Marketing & Sales System through Go High Level:
Design or collaborate with our team to create a scalable system.
Ensure seamless integration with current tools and workflows.
6) Performance Monitoring: Define and report on KPIs weekly, ensuring alignment with goals and strategy.
7) (Future Opportunity) Mentorship and Ambassadorship:
Serve as a faith-driven mentor, guiding and inspiring participants.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing BAMVS’s values and mission.
Engage with audiences authentically to promote the workshop and foster trust.
Deliverables:
1) Weekly report of output - supporting me running the business and others
2) Daily pre-recorded videos of the direct messaging marketing being done
3) Sending at least 50 direct messaging to new potential customers and existing customers per day
Your Proposal Must Include:
- Guaranteed monthly sales targets with a strategy to achieve them.
- A detailed actionable plan with weekly deliverables and KPIs.
- Examples of past experience, including results achieved.
