Facebook instagram ads for prayer dresses in the UAE (arabic may be needed?)

Hi. I want to start selling prayer dresses this ramadan (few weeks left). I have 17 samples as i want to test the market.
I need to make pictures first. Need some tips on whats best and which tools to edit background etc.
I need someone to help me create ads either facebook or instagram to promote it in UAE alone. Perhaps also in arabic language. In instagram boost I cant find the keywords “ramadan gifts” or “prayer dress” or something like that.
Please help! Want to finish this projects within a few days. Thanks!
