Facebook\google\IG ads for my agency

I'm looking for someone to help me create effective ads for my agency across multiple platforms. Specifically, I'm looking to create ads for Facebook, Google, and Instagram. Depending on the project and the client I'm working with, the ads could be created for a variety of goals including brand awareness, product/service promotion, and lead generation. Additionally, depending on the project and the client I'm working with, the target audience could potentially be young adults (18-24), adults (25-54), or seniors (55+). Ultimately, I'm looking for someone with experience in creating compelling ads on multiple platforms that can help drive meaningful results for my clients.
