Facebook Ad Specialist

I operate a digital advertising agency which provides Facebook advertising services for local and e-commerce business. I do not need an AGENCY or AGENCY OWNER, I need a team player who wants to grow with an amazing team and help the organization reach its goals.

Our aim is to provide the highest level of service, therefore the perfect fit for our agency will be a media buyer who has the ability to yield exceptional results for our clients. The duties are but not limited to:

-At least 3 years experience media buying
-Developing Facebook ad campaigns which convert
-Lookalike and custom audience creation
-Managing client ads to ensure conversion
-Experience building sales funnels and using Clickfunnels platform
-Targeting the correct audiences
-Lead generation expertise
-Daily ad account updates to clients via our Whatsapp groupchat
-Discussion with clients during onboarding meetings and update calls
-Bi-weekly reporting of results

This is an ongoing role, where you will be paid monthly on a per client basis. The budgeted amount is $1000USD + 2% ROAS for all deals where a performance fee is agreed upon with the client.

Requirements:
- A proven track record i.e live examples from your ad account and at least 1 case study- It is imperative that we see your results, if you cannot do this DO NOT APPLY.
-FLUENCY IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE IS A MUST- please do not apply if your English is not fluent
-At least 30k spent on Facebook advertising
-Average ROAS level of 5-6 and proven results generating leads for clients
-Great communication skills- communication is the bedrock of any solid relationship, it is necessary that you communicate in a timely manner and provide suggestions to the team
