We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Page Manager to oversee the
daily operations of our Facebook page. This position will start with a trial period
to evaluate your fit with our brand and content strategy, with the potential for a
long-term partnership if successful.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management,
particularly on Facebook, with a proven track record of growing and engaging
audiences.
Responsibilities:
Content Scheduling and Posting:
Manage and execute the content calendar, ensuring that posts are scheduled
and published at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.
Community Engagement:
Actively monitor and engage with the audience by responding to comments and
messages. Encourage additional interaction by asking follow-up questions and
sparking conversation, which can help boost posts in the Facebook algorithm.
Analytics and Performance Tracking:
Regularly monitor key metrics and track the performance of posts, including
reposts. Provide insights and reports on what’s working and identify areas for
improvement, helping to optimize our content strategy.
Creative Problem-Solving:
Address challenges proactively, whether it’s responding to negative feedback,
leveraging trends, or coming up with fresh content ideas to keep the page
engaging and relevant.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in social media management, particularly Facebook.
● Strong understanding of Facebook and Meta Business Suite tools.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with an audience
in a way that reflects our brand’s voice.
● A portfolio or case studies demonstrating your success in managing and
growing Facebook pages.
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
