Facebook and Instagram ads

Hello!

I'm looking for an expert who could help me reach more audience with creating posts for my ads. I have an online business that is only targeting Hijabi Ladies so I would be I'll be needing someone who knows how a reach a specific kind of people with the right interests.

I dont mind working full or part time but please note I cannot be pay unless I see results so I'd really appreciate someone with experience and not to waste both our time.
