Facebook & Instagram Management Specialist

We are a small business at the beginning of our journey. We offer web design services and social media marketing services for construction, architecture and related businesses niches in United Kingdom.

As the head of a growing organization, I'm in need of an experienced, dedicated, and proactive manager for our Facebook and Instagram platforms. You’ll be responsible for:

• Content creation with a consistent and engaging voice that fits our brand.
• Amplifying our brand awareness and generating leads. I’m after someone who can carry out in-depth investigative research to closely connect with our unique audience and customers.
• Optimizing our social media accounts. Knowledge in SEO and Social Media Algorithms is crucial.
• Doing in-depth hashtag research for our niche. Keen insight into trends will be a major part of the job.
• Increasing traffic to our site, this will be a key metric for success.
• Developing a complete social media strategy along with a consistent posting schedule; we are expecting at least one post per day for 15 days on each platform.
• Reporting and Analytics: Regular updates and analysis of engagement metrics.

Ideal applicants have proven social media portfolio, proficiency in content creation and excellent understanding of SEO and Social Media Algorithms. The job will require someone who can turn insights from analytics into actionable strategies.
