Facebook & Instagram Engagement Expert

I'm looking for a social media expert who can manage my Facebook and Instagram accounts. The primary goal is to enhance customer engagement by interacting with both guests and staff. Your responsibilities will include creating and posting content, as well as responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with Facebook and Instagram
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to engage authentically with our community
- Crisis management skills

Content Creation:
You will be responsible for creating a variety of content, including:
- Photos and images
- Videos
- Written posts

Ideal Skills:
- Photography and videography
- Copywriting
- Social media management

Experience in hospitality or similar industry would be a plus. Note: This is a Gay Guesthouse/Resort that is clothing optional so you should be comfortable in that setting. There is no public sexual activity.
