Facebook, Funnels Marketing

Hi
I am looking to create some leads potentially through facebooks adds to gain new clients via a funnel for mortgage/loan leads with clients who ultimately book into my calendar for a meeting if they qualify.

I also want someone to manage my facebook posts and social media.

Possible manage email marketing and create and implement an active marketing plan.

I also have a website that needs to be revamped but this is not crucial.

I am open to the one person doing all of this or multiple people.
