Facebook Ads need

RocketMedia is a social media marketing and advertising agency and we are looking to hire an experienced media buyer for new clients that come to our agency. We are looking for someone who can work on extended projects for a minimum of 3 months with the chance to extend if services and performance are done well and meet goals. We need someone who is an expert in running ads and generating ROAS, leads, and growing a social media following through ads on multiple social platforms.
These platforms could include Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter Instagram and on Google. Especially Twitter because as an agency we are starting to work with more NFT companies. A good understanding of NFTs, Web3 and the blockchain is a plus but not required. You need to have prior experience working with startup nft projects or product launches.
You, as the Media Buyer, will just be responsible for setting up these ad campaigns and running them throughout each month to generate profitable revenue, leads, and/or social media following for the businesses and people we are partnering with. This job will include different sub-projects as we as an Agency are growing and consistently signing new businesses to partner with so you must be willing to take on a new project every so often if your skills and knowledge are applicable. However, you will just be starting with one, and based on the performance we will go from there. Each project will require weekly or bi-weekly checkpoints and updates with details about the progress pertaining to ROI, lead generation, and/or social media follower count.
Essentially all you will do is create a plan specific to each business and their goals, run ads that follow the plan, and give detailed updates on how well the ads are doing based on the plan set in place.
Requirements:
- Expert in twitter ads
- Must be independent freelancer, not an agency
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Dedicated to meeting project deadlines/ checkpoints in a timely manner and giving thorough updates
- Detail-oriented
- Must be willing to sign a non compete and NDA
- Must be able to work on multiple projects at a time
Pay:
- Fixed-rate pay per project, per month
- 15-day net per project, per month
