Looking for a skilled video editor to help scale my content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
What I Do:
I create raw, authentic, funny content for international students in Australia. Real clips. Real humor. Real insights. No filter, no pretense. I need someone who can take those raw videos and make them pop — quirky, engaging, platform-optimized.
The Role:
Edit raw video clips — I'll send you videos per week (or we can fix a specific day for handoff). Your job is to make them snappy, engaging, and tailored to each platform.
Master platform-specific editing — Instagram Reels need different pacing/cuts than TikTok. YouTube Shorts are different from both. Snapchat has its own vibe. You need to know the difference and execute it.
Attention to detail — Color grading, transitions, timing, audio levels. The small stuff that separates good edits from great ones.
Suggest editing ideas — See a moment in the raw clip that could work better with a specific transition or effect? Pitch it. I'm open to ideas, and if they improve the content, we're implementing it.
Stay organized — Daily Instagram posts, daily TikTok posts, weekly YouTube Shorts. Deadlines matter. Consistency matters.
