An Expert/Guru on Facebook Meta Business Suite - Price Negotiable
Budget: $60 – $85 AUD
I need an expert who fully understand meta business suite. Last year i hired a social media company to manage my social media instagram posts and fb post for 6 months. I am not working with them currently. But left his name there just incase I was to hire the company again this year. So they still had a role in admin and in control of business assets. But when I lost my page, I panicked and I immediately emailed them. And surely enough, yes it was them who took me off as an admin. They apologized and used the excuse that it was an admin error. But I am not sure about this! Because they did mention that i will be invoiced to have access to my page. I thought to myself.... WHAT!!
I am not a guru, but under "settings" and then "people", I see he is still admin. I have attempted to delete him, but it does not allow me. I then sent numerous emails telling them I feel more comfortable and it is best for this person to remove his name or make himself an employee. They just ignore me. !!
1. I need an expert to get this person off my meta business suite as admin. 2. Also to make sure & clarification all features are active such as pixel, facebook sponsored ad etc. 3. A zoom call would be ideal please, if possible.
