Email / social media marketing projects

I'm looking to find someone that does email type campaigns and social media marketing campaigns. This would be an ongoing project of about 2 or 3 projects a month. I'm looking for someone that will eventually learn our products and know what we do and come up with some different ideas for the campaigns. Some of the campaigns will need to be written in HTML.
