I am in need of a competent social media manager who can effectively oversee the Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts of our clients. Your role will involve the following:

• Increasing Brand Awareness: Lift brand's visibility and develop a broader audience reach on social platforms. I want the brand to reach the minds of as many users as possible so familiarity with algorithms and engagement tactics here is ideal.

• Boosting Website Traffic: Your social media strategies should be able to guide audiences from the social profiles to the websites with compelling content and CTAs. Experience in conversion optimization and aligning social and website content is key.

• Enhancing Engagement: It's not enough to increase the followers. I want activity - shares, comments, likes, retweets. You should be able to encourage and stir conversation about the brand among users.

You should possess the skills and experience to understand the brands and deploy effective tactics buried in the aforementioned tasks.
