Elevate Social Media Presence, Improve Outreach

I'm seeking a talented Social Media Manager to amplify the reach and engagement of my current platforms (TikTok 16.8k, Instagram 2,160, Facebook private group 450 members), and help establish myself as a trusted figure in the "spiritual" teaching domain.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Expanding the presence of our project on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Engage with a target audience of both men and women aged 25-45, who have experienced or are currently experiencing a toxic relationship.
- Develop and post content that resonates with our audience, increasing brand awareness and establishing me as a trustworthy "spiritual" teacher.
- I will respond to all comments - I need you to review the general feedback and recommend new posting ideas etc accordingly.
- Develop progressive strategies to increase follower count.
- I built a following this year on TikTok sharing my back story (how I came to discover my teachings) and have been quiet for a while now… I need someone to help me navigate the best course back into peoples minds from where I’ve left off.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Proven experience in managing multiple social media platforms.
- The ability to detect trends and create posts that resonate with our target audience.
- A deep understanding of establishing brand identity and increasing following count.
- Experience in engaging and increasing interaction with the target audience.
- A sense of spirituality or understanding of spiritual teaching is essential - the teaching is new and unique, so it’s important you fully understand what I’m trying to create. We can have a download session to cover all of this.

I am looking for someone to help me on a weekly basis for about 4 hours per week.
