I'm looking for a dedicated individual to manage our Facebook and Instagram platforms with a focus on increasing engagement among middle-aged adults. This role demands a strategic thinker who can dive into community engagement and content enhancement with a personal touch.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive daily engagement on specified accounts, including our own, through thoughtful interaction and community involvement.
- Send personalized direct messages to connect with our audience on a more intimate level.
- Assist in the visual aspects of content creation, with a keen eye for details that appeal to middle-aged adults. This includes helping with videos and other visual content to ensure it resonates with our target demographic. The whole content will br provided , some skready with visuals.

**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proven track record of managing Facebook and Instagram accounts with a focus on community building. Not less than two years of full time experience .
- Creativity in engagement strategies that cater specifically to middle-aged adults.
- Strong communication skills, capable of crafting messages that engage and resonate.
- Experience in visual content creation, with an ability to critique and suggest improvements for video and other visual media.
- Passion for social media trends, with an agility to adapt strategies based on analytical insights and performance tracking.
