Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a series of educational videos ready to share and I need help turning them into polished posts for Instagram and YouTube. Your role is to take the raw footage I provide, refine it so it feels native to each platform, write a concise caption that highlights the key lesson, and schedule the upload at the most effective time of day.
For Instagram, the content should be formatted vertically, respect the 60-second limit for Reels when necessary, and include on-screen text, subtitles, and a short hook in the first few seconds. For YouTube, I want a slightly longer cut, a clean intro/outro, chapters or time-stamps if the length justifies it, and an eye-catching thumbnail. Hashtags and keywords need to be researched and added naturally to boost reach; I’ll approve them before anything goes live.
Deliverables
• One Instagram-ready Reel per video
• One YouTube-ready upload per video (HD, thumbnail, description, tags)
• Captions/copy for each platform
• Scheduled posts confirmed via screenshot or platform scheduler link
