Ecommerce and Social Media

I am the owner of a small retail business called Zaiqa Restaurant, an authentic indian cuisine restaurant started in 2015 but struggling to survive in a world where everything and everyone is online and success is rated by the number of followers, or the number of posts, or the engagement of my social media.

Covid19 effects has been negative to the business for the past 2 years so I need to know if there is a plan to take me from where I am a loss making business to a profitable business with increased presence on social media platforms and ecommerce.
