EchoSoul (www.echosoul.co.in) is an online platform dedicated to Life Coaching, Counseling, Mental Wellness, and Personal Growth. We are looking for a creative, motivated, and highly skilled Content Creator + Video Editor to join us on a monthly retainer basis.
Scope of Work (Monthly Deliverables):
10 YouTube Long-form Videos: (8-10 minutes)Scripting/Content writing + High-quality Video Editing.
10 Youtube shorts relevant to same videos
10 Instagram Reels / Shorts: Short-form Content Strategy + Engaging Editing (Subtitles, Hooks, Sound Effects).
End-to-End Execution: Writing engaging scripts/ideas based on life coaching & counseling topics, and editing the final provided raw footage or creating engaging faceless/b-roll content.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Writing & Scripting: Brainstorming relatable topics around mental wellness, mindfulness, personal development, and counseling for EchoSoul.
Video Editing: Clean cuts, smooth transitions, color grading, engaging captions/subtitles, background music, and sound design.
Format Optimization: Ensuring videos are optimized for YouTube (16:9) and Instagram Reels/Shorts (9:16).
Requirements:
Proven experience in Video Editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
Strong grasp of Content Writing/Scriptwriting for social media.
Ability to craft strong hooks in the first 3 seconds of videos.
Portfolio or samples of previous work (Mandatory).
Good communication and adherence to deadlines.
Budget & Compensation:
Fixed Monthly Payout: ₹4,000 / month
Project Type: Monthly Retainer (Long-term collaboration for the right candidate)
