Dynamic Social Media Manager for Traffic Boost

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to handle two dynamic accounts:

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Manage & Grow Accounts**: Oversee the day-to-day management of both Instagram and BuyForLess.Company accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- **Content Creation & Editing**: Edit raw videos and photos provided for each channel, creating platform-specific content that aligns with the tone and goals of both accounts.
- **Posting & Scheduling**: Regularly post content, ensuring optimal timing and engagement across all platforms.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor account performance and provide insights and strategies to improve engagement, follower growth, and reach.
- **Community Engagement**: Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

### **Expectations:**

- **Content Creation**: Ability to turn raw videos and images into engaging content for various platforms.
- **Multi-Platform Expertise**: Post and manage content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok with attention to the unique audience on each platform.
- **Content Calendar**: Develop and maintain a content calendar for both accounts to ensure consistency and engagement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the account owners for content approval and feedback.

### **Skills & Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills for engaging captions and posts.
- Ability to analyze and report on social media metrics.

### **Compensation:**

- **Total Fees**: 20,000 INR per month.
