Dynamic Action Reel and Long-Form Video Editor

We are looking for a skilled video editor to create a high-quality, one-cinematic, fast-action reel and edit one longer-form video, all using the same pre-recorded clips.
You will receive a Google file with some videos. From that file, we need one reel, mainly focused on the person being trained (turning it into a good training edit, about 30-45 secs long), and one longer-form video that includes all the talking and conversations, but well edited.
The ideal candidate should have experience creating dynamic, visually appealing content tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Also mandatory, the ability to edit long-form YouTube-style videos would be a plus. All the clips are already numbered and ordered.
