Digital marketing

My project is in need of Digital Marketing, specifically Social Media Marketing. I do not have any resources available for this project, and so I need help finding resources that I can use. My target audience is quite large, more than 5000 people in fact. Therefore I am looking for an experienced individual or team to help me achieve this task in the most effective way possible.
