Digital Marketing for New Online Education Business

I am looking for a creative, enthusiastic, skilled marketer with lots of initiative, good communication skills and a strong work ethic to assist in the launch and on-going digital marketing requirements for a SME in the children's education field. The business is based in Australia but will be going into international markets. The online programs are a new part of the business and therefore I would like the successful marketer to have experience in a number of different areas to work collaboratively with me to build and develop the online presence of the business. After the initial launch, the role will involve some hours weekly to achieve this aim.
