I am looking for a digital marketing expert who can help me launch a successful Google and Instagram ads campaign. My primary goal for this campaign is to generate sales for my business. So preferred metric is conversions

Right now the focus is YouTube Ads and Instagram Ads

Target Audience:
- My target audience is a specific demographic, and I would like to reach out to them effectively through targeted ads.
- I have a huge list of my Target Audience and want to show the ads only to them and similar audiences

Budget:
- My budget for the ad spend is around INR 20,000 i.e. USD 250. The budget for the marketer is around INR 4000

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating and managing successful Google and Instagram ads campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices
- Ability to target specific demographics and optimize ads to generate leads or sales
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with me and understand my business goals
- Maximising ROAS
