Digital Marketing (Google Analytics Events), Facebook Pixel (Remarketing / Audience Building)

I'm looking for someone familiar with digital marketing. I need someone to set up Google Analytics events using our google tag to see who clicks a particular link and collecting data and creating a "look alike audience" using this data. Secondly, I need someone to set up the Facebook Pixel to re-target visitors to a webpage as well as creating a "look alike" audience based on visitors who have converted.
