Detach Pet Business Facebook Page Successfully
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I recently purchased a pet sitting business that has been in operation for over 30 years. The main source of marketing for this business has been through a Facebook page that was unfortunately attached to the previous owner's personal account.
As the new owner, I have access to this page and am able to post, yet, I am faced with a dilemma. I want to separate the business page from the previous owner's personal account on Facebook without losing its marketing history.
Requirements in resolving this issue are:
* Experience in Facebook's Business Manager and page setup.
* Knowledge on how to change a personal Facebook account into a business one, if necessary.
* Understanding on how to maintain the historical marketing data associated with the page.
Note: I am interested in continuing using Facebook for marketing rather than creating a separate website. So, a strong familiarity with Facebook as a marketing tool is ideal.
