Customizable Email and Whatsapp Reminders

I'm seeking a skilled freelancer to create a simple system for sending free automatic reminders to both Whatsapp and email to customers of our subscribers of web portal. Our subscribers have their own clients to whom they want to send automatic reminders based on expiry date of contract shown in our portal.

First demo will be needed of how it can be done or existing similar work done if any.
