Customer Support Specialist
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We’re looking for someone to help us with customer support. We have about 1 to 3 hours of customer support per day. And we need someone who would be able to monitor our customer support inquiries, answer the ones that are simple and pass on the more complicated ones to the right people on our team. We are a social media marketing agency, so everything our customers ask about is typically about design and social media.
A few things were looking for:
1. You are able to do Zoom calls with clients when needed
2. You are open to getting paid per hour that you work
3. You are open to monitoring customer inquiries continuously throughout the day
