We are seeking an experienced Telegram Admin and Growth Specialist to support and grow our Telegram community for our crypto project.
Responsibilities:
Community Management: Act as the primary admin for our Telegram group, ensuring the community is active, engaged, and informed.
User Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of users in our Telegram group.
Engagement: Foster a vibrant and active community by organizing discussions, AMAs, polls, and other interactive activities.
Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with shilling and pump groups to promote our project and drive engagement.
Moderation: Ensure the group remains a positive and respectful space by enforcing group rules and managing conflicts.
Analytics: Track and report on key metrics related to group growth and engagement to inform future strategies.
