Key responsibilities include;
- social media content creation (facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, youtube, tiktok).
- social media scheduling on the MeetEdgar platform
- Customer support specialist (you'll be communicating with our customers on social media, our website, and will be the last line on our phone support when needed)
- weekly updates on social media highlights & stats

- you're kind and compassionate to our customers when representing our brand
- you're interested or have experience in crypto/blockchain (being able to understand how our product works is a must, and if you have the passion then there's nothing we can teach you!)
