Job Title: Crypto Project Launch Manager – Volume-Based Compensation

Overview:

We’re preparing to launch a unique, dollar-pegged crypto asset that combines the stability of a stablecoin with the benefits of asset-backed digital tokens. We’re looking for a highly motivated Crypto Project Launch Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy and drive user adoption. This position offers a performance-based compensation model where you'll earn 2% of the transaction volume, aligning your earnings directly with the project’s growth.

Instead of a fixed salary, you’ll earn a percentage of the volume, offering unlimited earning potential based on the success of the launch. Key Responsibilities:

- Launch Strategy Development: Create and execute a go-to-market plan that highlights the project’s unique value proposition.
- Community Building and Engagement: Build and nurture a community on key platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Telegram, creating a loyal user base.
- Content and Education Creation: Develop user-friendly educational materials, including tutorials, blog posts, and infographics, to simplify complex crypto concepts.
- Influencer and Media Outreach: Collaborate with influencers and crypto media outlets to build credibility and awareness.
- Launch Event Management: Host virtual events or AMAs to engage the community, answer questions, and foster trust.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics, focusing on transaction volume as the primary indicator of launch success.


Compensation Structure:

Performance-Based Compensation
- Earnings Model: 1% of the project transaction volume.
- Payment Frequency: Weekly, based on the previous weeks transaction volume.

Potential Earnings: Your earnings scale with transaction volume. For example, if the monthly volume reaches $1 million, you would earn $10,000 for that month (1% of $1 million).

Additional Benefits: Potential for future token bonuses as the project grows (optional and negotiable).
