This is what I call a public "Shark Tank" initiative. This far I have spoken with General Mills, parent company of Pillsbury - croissant dough.
My rule of thumb, approach those already in said industry and proceed from there. They "General Mills" showed interest and want to see research of the "Croissant Sandwich Maker" before introducing to their customer base.
