Creative Videographer for Social Media Content

We are looking for a creative and skilled Reel Creator / Videographer / Video Editor to help us create engaging social media content for our Real Estate, Construction, Interior Design, and Property Management business.

Responsibilities:

Shoot high-quality videos at project sites, properties, and client locations.
Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook video content.
Edit videos with professional transitions, captions, music, and motion graphics.
Develop engaging storytelling content that attracts potential customers.
Create before-and-after transformation videos, project walkthroughs, client testimonials, and educational content.
Capture photos and videos for marketing campaigns.
Deliver content optimized for social media platforms.

Requirements:

Experience in videography and video editing.
Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
Ability to create eye-catching thumbnails and captions.
Portfolio showcasing previous reel creation and editing work.
Must be able to work independently and suggest creative content ideas.
