Creative Makers for Handmade Goods
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I run a small handmade studio in Mahim, Mumbai where every piece is produced one-at-a-time with care. I’m expanding and would love to bring on two to five like-minded creatives who genuinely enjoy working with their hands and want to earn on a flexible, per-item basis.
Your main focus will be crafting finished pieces in the three lines I currently sell: resin art, crochet bags and other home decorations. Day to day, that means taking a design brief (or sometimes brainstorming one with me), choosing materials, and turning it into a polished, sellable product. Alongside the actual making, I’ll sometimes need help with light assisting tasks around the workspace—organising supplies, prepping orders and similar odds-and-ends—plus the occasional edit of short Instagram Reels to showcase the latest drop.
Essentials you’ll need to bring:
• Solid crafting skills—comfortable with resin work, crochet hooks or general DIY tools.
• A willingness to pitch in wherever needed; some days it’s pure production, other days you’re helping me tie ribbons or shoot a quick video.
• Basic social-media-video know-how (simple cuts, text overlays, trending audio in apps like InShot or CapCut) so we can post fast.
