Creative / Engaging ORGANIC Social Campaigns

I am looking for a content writer / campaign designer for ORGANIC Social media posts that would engage the audience. You must have experience in crafting social media posts that look good (using CANVA or similar) with compelling messages. You should be able to envision different campaigns, around which you would craft multiple posts... which we would schedule through the year.

Your first task would be to look at the competitors and my audience and suggest campaigns, events, festivals (National or International) that we can cover in our posts. Crafting social media posts would be part of this project.
