Create awareness for my YouTube channel

Hi,
I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create awareness for my YouTube channel. I am not aiming to gain a huge following through this job and I do not want to do anything risky that might cause any kind of SEO blacklisting.

I started a YouTube channel in 2011 (currently about 160,000 subscribers). It was sold and now I have resigned. I have moved to another YouTube channel and I'd like to somehow notify/create awareness for the fans/subscribers that my content is now going up on a new channel.

Requirements:
- Experience in promoting YouTube channels and gaining likes and subscribers
- Familiarity with YouTube's algorithms and best practices for increasing engagement
- Knowledge of effective strategies for promoting YouTube channels through blog and forum posting
