Continuous content creation for instagram and Facebook

We need someone on an ongoing basis to help run our social media content. We run a cosmetics clinic that does injectables such as botox and filler and offers services such as laser. We are bold, edgy and trendy and only want to expand off of that on both Facebook and instagram. There are several of us whom already work on it but need someone to consistently keep our stories, ads and feeds interesting.
