Connect my Shopify store to Facebook and Instagram shops

I am looking for an expert in both Shopify and social media optimization who can connect my online shop to both Facebook and Instagram. I created the instagram shop but have been having trouble with it. Every time I try to open my instagram shop theres a message that comes up saying "an unexpected error has occurred".
